Friday

We packed up to move onto our next stop further north in Pembrokeshire. We wanted to visit Solva as we have fond memories of a visit over 30 years ago. We parked up a way away from the village and walked along the coast path to Solva, through and out the other side further along the coast then cut back through the fields. We thought we spotted the cottage we stayed in all those years ago. The walk was our longest so far at over 10 miles and my legs and feet felt it. At one point a small group of soldiers jogged past us with full packs on their backs - impressive considering how steep and rocky the path was.
