Last two days

This is our B&B in the woods - we have been really comfortable here. Marissa has provided lovely breakfasts and allowed us to make our own tea/coffee in the evenings.

Yesterday the rear windscreen of the car was frozen but it turned out to be a beautiful day with no wind.

The side roads here are all gravel and potholes. Our little rented Fiat struggles and you can get covered in dust if walking on the road. The road through this small town bears the brunt of huge lorries from Chile. The roads here are better so they cross the border nearby and travel down through Argentina making use of the better roads before crossing back into Chile. The town is building a by pass. Not sure if they get any recompense in the way of cross border fees.
